Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Artificial Humans(“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use this website, join our waitlist, or book a demo call with us.

We're a pre-launch company. This policy reflects our current processing and we'll update it as the product evolves. We are not a healthcare provider; we do not collect or process patient health information through this site.

1. Who we are

Artificial Humans is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@artificial-humans.com.

2. What we collect

  • Signup details. First name, last name, email address, and phone number you submit on /signup, plus a waitlist number we generate.
  • Account data. Your email address and authentication tokens when you sign in at /login.
  • Scheduling data. When you book a 30-minute intro call through our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you picked, and any answers you give to questions on the booking form, and shares the booking with us.
  • Technical data. IP address, user-agent, approximate location (country / timezone) derived from your IP, the pages you visit, and the time of your requests. Vercel Analytics is configured in a cookieless, anonymized mode.

3. How we use it

  • To manage the waitlist and assign your waitlist number.
  • To schedule and host the 30-minute demo call required to confirm your spot.
  • To send you transactional emails: a “spot held” acknowledgement, a confirmation when you complete the call, and occasional product updates relevant to your waitlist spot.
  • To authenticate you when you sign in.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis is (a) performance of a contract (managing your waitlist spot and call), (b) our legitimate interests in running a small pre-launch website securely, and (c) your consent where required, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with a small number of sub-processors who help us run the service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling for the intro call.
  • Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, and cookieless analytics.
  • GoDaddy — domain registration and DNS.

Each sub-processor is bound by their own data-processing terms. We may also disclose information if required to comply with law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Artificial Humans, our users, or others.

5. International transfers

Our sub-processors operate globally, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the processor's equivalent transfer mechanism.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your signup details for as long as your waitlist spot is active, and afterwards for a reasonable period to deal with refund, legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, the EU, the UK, Switzerland, and similar jurisdictions have additional rights under their local laws. To exercise any of these, email info@artificial-humans.comand we'll respond within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so the California “Do Not Sell or Share” right does not apply.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication (set by Supabase when you sign in). The Calendly embed may set its own cookies when you interact with the booking widget; see Calendly's privacy policy. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including TLS in transit, row-level security in our database, and least- privilege access for ourselves and our sub-processors. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints? Email info@artificial-humans.com. If you're in the EU, UK or Switzerland and we can't resolve it, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

This policy is provided as a good-faith pre-launch document and is not legal advice. We'll have it formally reviewed before our general release.
