Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Artificial Humans(“we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of this website and the waitlist + introductory-call service we operate here. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
Artificial Humansis a pre-launch company building personalized humans-on-chips and an associated AI world model of human physiology. This website lets you (a) read about what we're building, (b) join a waitlist by submitting your details, and (c) confirm that spot by booking a 30-minute demo call with us. Nothing on this site is a medical product, medical advice, or a substitute for professional medical care.
2. Eligibility
You need to be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter a binding contract to use this site. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.
3. The waitlist and the call
Signing up adds you to a waitlist with a sequential number. It is not a purchase, a deposit, a contract for goods or services, or a guarantee of future access, pricing, or availability. We confirm spots only after you complete the demo call. We may change the waitlist mechanics, reorder the list, pause it, or discontinue it entirely at any time and without notice.
4. Your account
When you log in, we authenticate you with a one-time email link. You're responsible for the email account associated with your waitlist spot and for any activity that happens through it. Tell us right away if you suspect your email has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit information that isn't yours or isn't accurate.
- Use the site to send unsolicited messages, malware, or anything unlawful.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the site, our infrastructure, or our sub-processors.
- Use automated means to scrape or claim multiple waitlist spots.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with anyone, or impersonate us or anyone else.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
6. Confidentiality
On the introductory call we may discuss non-public information about our product, technology, roadmap, or business. You agree to treat anything we mark or describe as confidential as confidential, to use it only to evaluate becoming a customer or partner, and not to share it with third parties without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
We own the content, design, code, brand, and other materials on this site (or license them from someone who does). You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing on this site grants you a license to our trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property.
8. Third-party services
The site uses Supabase, Resend, Calendly, Vercel, and our domain registrar (GoDaddy) to operate. Your use of features powered by those services is also subject to their terms. We're not responsible for outages, content, or actions of these third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificial Humansand its team, investors, and sub-processors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is capped at one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in those places, the limit applies only to the extent permitted.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
